BAOBAB RIDGE SENIOR COUPLE MISSIONARY CONFERENCE, ANOTHER DAY

Ant lion, one of the small five.

Sister Kyle, Sue, Sister Cinquini.

During a break.

Raptor on a power pole.

Taking flight.

Whose in the zoo?

Patric one of our very knowledgeable tracker drivers. He speaks the local native language and knows a lot about the animals and speaks at length about them.

A large white rhino browsing.

Sundown.

Termite mound.

Big hippo in small pond, lonely male.

Spotter rides on the front of Patric's vehicle, in front of the hood on a fold up seat.

Our spotter.

Zebra browsing.

Wildebeest, not the large migratory herds seen in documentaries, but in small groups here in South Africa. Notice the Wart Hog.

Wildebeest.

Crocodile on the bank, mouth agape.

Our conference meeting room.

Leopard tortoise. They have a water reservoir inside that they void when handled. Patric picked up this one and it voided.

The only leopard seen on our five days here, which completed my big five. Only two of us got photos before he decamped. They are elusive.
